After submitting my CV and cover letter, the first interview was a casual chat with two analysts/consultants to get to know me. The second interview was with the HR director and a consultant, focusing on situational questions and a deeper look into my CV and interests.

It was a two-stage interview process. First, there was an initial screening followed by an interview with two staff members. Then, there was an assessment centre. Overall, the day went well, but I never got any formal feedback even after asking for it on the phone and sending emails. For a company that really promotes its employee care and culture, I found this very disappointing and disheartening. Not knowing my weaknesses made it harder for me in other applications, and I couldn't figure out where I messed up in the process. The phone explanation was unclear, and they promised formal feedback but never gave it.

Started with an online application that had 3 open text questions, some situational judgement questions, data interpretation slides, and summary slides. After that, I got invited to an online interview which was pretty informal. Then I was asked to come to a try outs day in London (expenses were paid). This involved playing netball, a presentation from the CEO, speed dating, 2 on 1 interviews, and a group task. Heard back the next day that I got the job. Some people who didn't get it had to wait ages, and some never heard back at all.
