They got straight to the point with questions and it was nice that they were welcoming and went over the entire role and what might come with the role so you understand what your getting into.

Came in and got an application from the hostesses. The application was simple. Since it was a Sunday, I had to come back on Monday. I returned on Monday, but was asked to come back again for "manager meetings". I finally had the interview on Tuesday, and it went well. They didn't have me try on the uniform and told me to call back about the interview from yesterday (Monday). I called Monday and was told my application hadn't been looked at yet and that they would "call to let me know" about a decision? That's not cool, if I didn't get the job, they should just say so instead of giving false hope by saying there's still a chance.

I applied online, then went to the store dressed up for an interview. I asked to speak with a manager, and they told me to do an online video interview instead. After I completed the video interview, they said I'd hear back within 48 hours. However, I never heard anything back at all from any of the locations I applied to, not even a rejection. I tried calling and applying at three different locations, and it was pretty much the same response everywhere: do the video interview and maybe you'll hear back if you're lucky. It's impossible to check your application status, and they won't tell you if you didn't get the job. They just ghost you.
