I first had a preliminary interview with two HR managers. The second interview was directly with the person I would be working for. Neither interview took longer than about forty minutes. There was also a lot of paperwork to complete. My interview with my direct supervisor was a bit unusual because I didn't have prior experience in this department, and it seemed like my supervisor was really eager to hire anyone. It didn't take long to meet with the supervisor, and after leaving FOX, I felt misled because what I actually did at the company was very different from what was described in the job description during the hiring process. Really poor management there.

I submitted my application online and the talent acquisition team contacted me within a day or two. We scheduled a phone interview and that concluded the process. They mentioned they would follow up after presenting candidates to the department. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer, but the overall experience was positive.

The interview process was pretty standard, like at other places. I first had a phone chat with HR about my background and experience. If they thought I was a good fit, I then went in to meet my potential manager. They asked more detailed questions, but nothing too crazy.
