Project Manager
First, there was a self intro, background, and experience before intro the JD. Then, we talked about the working day daily and which things were responsible for. We also talked about the experience you did before in detail and the difficulties encountered, then how to solve.
- Can you elaborate on your previous experiences?
Project Manager
I only made it to the phone interview, which was the first step. It was about 30 minutes of general behavioral and situational questions. About a week after that, I got an email saying they weren't moving me forward.
- Tell me about your experience changing a company-wide process.
- What would you do if your team is swamped, but another team urgently needs your output?
Project Manager
I went through about 5 interview rounds, talking to 6 people in total. The interviews were spread out over 1-3 weeks based on when we were all free. It was alright, not too difficult, but they really wanted to hear about the right kind of experience. Overall, it was fine, no major problems.
- Tell me about your experience and skills in project and program management.
- How do you approach your work on a day-to-day basis?
- Could you describe your communication style?
