After the application stage, there were two main interview rounds, each lasting about an hour. The vibe was pretty relaxed. They mostly asked about my past experience and what I could bring to the table, not many super technical or specific questions. The interviewers were nice and positive, making it a good experience overall.

Went through a 2-stage interview process. The first interview was with two principal consultants, and the second was with two directors. Each interview was an hour long. Everyone I met was really welcoming and open. I got confirmation for the second interview 4 working days after the first. However, it's been 5 and a half weeks since the second interview and I haven't heard anything back. I've sent two follow-up emails and called the recruitment contact, but still no update. I'm assuming it's a no-go at this point, but it's pretty disappointing to get zero feedback after what seemed like two really positive interviews.

It was a 2-stage interview process, but they ran it really well. I liked that it was less structured and more conversational, which let me really show my strengths and talk about what I wanted to. It felt like a two-way street, which I think is great for making sure it's a good fit for everyone.
