I had a phone interview with the recruiter first. Then, I spoke with two PJC people on the phone. They asked me questions about technical stuff and soft skills. They were nice to talk to, but they didn't know all the answers about the job.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a decent interview, and the manager was professional. They mostly asked questions to understand my thought process and personality. However, I'm giving it a thumbs down because after the initial call, a director interview screen, and a one-on-one, I heard absolutely nothing back. No calls, no emails... even a simple one-sentence email would have been appreciated. I waited weeks before reaching out myself. It's unprofessional not to follow up, especially since they were the ones who contacted me initially.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The questions were straightforward.
  • I was asked to do a small presentation.
