First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Turner and Townsend.
Intern
I got emailed by the director, and then they screened my resume for about two weeks. After that, I had a superday that was 1-2 hours long with three short interviews with employees at different levels.
- Could you explain why you are interested in Turner & Townsend?
- Please introduce yourself.
- What are your aspirations for your future career path?
Cadet
I had two interviews, one was more of a get-to-know-you with directors, and the second one was a formal presentation on a topic they gave me after the first interview.
- Can you tell us something about yourself?
Intern
I applied online and then heard back a few weeks later about a video interview. It was one of those pre-recorded ones where you have to film yourself answering. The hardest part was watching myself talk and having to answer questions all while a timer was counting down.
- Were there two questions that required knowledge on T&T's projects?
