The interview started off quite pleasant, with good conversation and a request for follow-up materials. Afterwards, they just went silent. Ghosting anyone is not okay and speaks volumes to your company culture. Next time, just shoot them a note. It's the courteous thing to do and common basic business practice.

Great experience, the interview process was comprehensive and engaging, with clear expectations. I walked away with an understanding of the organization and the role in its entirety, while getting to ask my own questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My experience interviewing for a senior role at Turner & Townsend was really disappointing. The whole process felt disorganized and they didn't communicate well. Some interviewers didn't even show up, or rescheduled last minute, and their feedback was unclear. We initially talked about a strategic Associate Director position, but the offer was surprisingly low and didn't match the level we discussed, with no explanation. When I brought up my concerns, HR was dismissive and unprofessional. They even asked for an in-person meeting later but wouldn't cover travel expenses, which shows their values. I felt undervalued and disrespected throughout. I expected better from a top consultancy.
