The interview process involved a one-hour conversation with a project director where we discussed project controls and my experience and technical capabilities. It felt more like a casual chat, but it did put me on the spot.

It started with a nice welcome and intros. They asked about my background, how I solve problems, and work with others. I stayed cool, answered well, and asked good questions. The panel seemed into it and responded well. It finished positively and they told me what's next. Overall, it felt pretty professional, welcoming, and the timing was good.

Applied directly and was initially invited to interview in Manchester, but couldn't make it. Ended up going to the Leeds head office for an interview with a Director and a Senior PM. The Director joined about 20 minutes in and repeated a lot of what had already been discussed. Generally felt it went well, but never heard back or got any feedback, which was surprising given the 'people are our greatest asset' cliche.
