First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Turn5.
Customer Service Representative
It was a multi-step interview with two people. They kept it simple and nothing too out of the ordinary. Running PC specs was part of the interview process and startup. The interviewers were nice. No complaints.
- Why are you a good fit for Turn5?
Customer Service Representative
Recruiter was short and to the point and never responded to emails or phone calls. Manager who interviewed me was short and to the point and very standoffish. First interview was about 15 minutes with the recruiter at a job fair.
- How much do you know about cars?
Customer Service Representative
I sent in my application online and heard back within 2 days with an invite to a career fair. The fair was at their Malvern, PA location and ran from 2:30pm to 7pm. I signed up for the earliest slot at 2:30pm. I got there a bit early, around 2:15pm. Once there, I had to complete a short quiz about car parts and my work availability. Their shifts are from 10:30am to 11pm, and the job requires working four 10-hour days, including one weekend day. My interview started at 3:00pm. After the interview, I took a typing test for WPM and then another test to check my spelling and ability to find mistakes in paragraphs.
- What are your key strengths?
- What do you anticipate being your biggest challenge?
- Tell me about a situation where you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
