Intern
It started with a general talent test that included basic math and reading comprehension questions. While the questions were easy, the time limit was strict, giving less than a minute per question. If you passed this online test, you'd receive an email with a link for a one-way video interview, which I understand is evaluated by AI for ranking.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Intern
After applying online for the internship program, the first step is a CV evaluation. If your CV passes, you'll take a general ability test and an English test. These tests are pretty straightforward, and speed might be important. If you get through those, there's a video interview. You'll get three separate links for three questions, and you can try each one three times. Pass all these, and you'll get an offer by email.
- Could you share a project idea that is innovative and has the potential to impact millions of people?
Intern
I applied and was sent a general aptitude and English exam. My exam results were very good, but I was ultimately rejected. I suspect it was due to the high volume of applicants, but this seems to be a common screening method for many companies. It was a good experience nonetheless.
- A general test assessing your knowledge and English proficiency.
