Had 3 interviews over Microsoft Teams. It was pretty basic, just talking. They reached out to me on LinkedIn. They seemed to have things together, and I'd rate their communication as 7/10. It was a positive experience overall, but they could do a better job getting candidates ready. The company culture seems nice, and they do care about personality fit.

It started with a 20-minute screen call and then a first round interview with two people. During the interview, it was obvious that the environment is fast-paced and highly competitive. The interview experience wasn't the best, and I never got any feedback. As a candidate, it wasn't the best experience I've had.

Started with a recruiter chat, then met with the Sales and Recruiting Directors. We mostly talked about my experience, strengths, weaknesses, and how I felt about a role that involves a lot of calling and problem-solving. They were all really nice and paid attention to what I was saying, so it wasn't too stressful.
