I was initially contacted by the DM for an interview that lasted a bit over an hour. They gave me a lot of info about the company and the position and expectations. They asked specific questions about my work history and background. It's a thorough process to ensure I meet the Company's selling standards and fit into the luxury culture. Brand integrity and client relations are essential. You must pass an assessment, a background check, have verifiable references and go through 2-4 interviews depending on the position.

Got a call from the Store Manager asking about my management experience, which made me feel like they hadn't even read my resume. She then set up an interview. The first interview was at the store with the Store Manager, who had a book of questions and seemed unprepared. The next interview was with the Area Manager via Facetime. She asked about people I know and mostly talked about herself, making it an unpleasant experience.
