I spoke with the unit manager and an educator. They asked me some questions about my motivations for applying, my thoughts on teamwork, and how I'd handle a fast-paced setting. It wasn't too difficult.

Friendly recruiters arranged a call with the management team. It was a phone interview, asking standard nursing questions. It went well, and I got an offer the next day. The pay wasn't amazing, but they did offer relocation assistance for out-of-state candidates. I've heard mixed things about Tulane generally, but good things about the staff and teamwork there.

I had a really good experience interviewing at Tulane. It started with a phone screen and then an onsite interview. The recruiter was super helpful and knew a lot. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. After that, they invited me for an onsite where I met the manager and some other staff members. The onsite interview went well and they asked typical nursing questions. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. Overall, it was a great process!
