The whole thing took a couple of months. First, you have to do a technical test that you need to finish in 2 weeks, so make sure you have time for it. They want to see how good you are at implementing things. The people interviewing were really nice and the whole process was a good experience. From what I gathered, there aren't many chances to grow in your career while you're there, no regular pay raises unless you get promoted, and the benefits are super basic.
