First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TUI Group.
Sales Representative
The video interview was pretty straightforward, covering what I'd enjoy about being a rep and allowing me to present my research. The assessment day was productive. We had group activities and a role-play in the morning, followed by a final one-on-one interview in the afternoon.
- What do you hope to get out of this holiday rep role?
Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer was friendly and asked clear questions. I felt good about the whole thing and was happy with the outcome, though there wasn't much wiggle room on the salary, I took the job anyway.
- Can you share an extraordinary accomplishment from your previous role?
Sales
I had to take a math test. The interviewer had someone with them who just stared blankly and wasn't very interactive, making it feel like an interrogation.
