The assessment centre was fully online and quite lengthy for an online format due to breaks where the interviewers discussed the company with us. Apart from that, it followed a typical structure: an individual task, a group task, and then an interview. I didn't need to prepare anything beforehand.

Behavioral Technical

First interview for a mandatory internship in the HR department at TUI. It was an online introductory meeting, where I had to introduce myself and answer detailed questions about my motivation, education, and work experience, including strengths and weaknesses. The interviewers left about 10-15 minutes for my questions. The whole conversation lasted about 60 minutes. This intro call for an internship was quite demanding, detailed, and long. Further rounds would have been in person.

Behavioral

Just a simple online Zoom call to get to know each other. We talked about my previous resume and some questions about language skills, especially English. All in all, it was just one conversation with the person in charge and there was only this one round.
