Technical Case

I had an online assessment first, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview where I had to do a maths test involving currency exchange, addition, subtraction, and budgeting holidays for mock customers.

Behavioral Other

The interview was friendly and competency based, testing my knowledge of the company. The informal setting felt a bit unprofessional. There was a long wait for a decision, and the outcome was communicated via email instead of a phone call.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

The hiring process starts with an initial phone call. If you pass that, you'll be invited to an assessment on the same day, followed by an interview. The assessment has two parts: a math-based section, so it's good to brush up on percentages beforehand. Also, read the questions carefully because it's easy to get tricked. The other part is a group activity where you'll work together to prioritize statements. Make sure to speak up and engage with others during this part. There's also an icebreaker at the beginning, which they'll tell you about beforehand, where you need to think of a song title that describes you. They say it's not scored, but in my group, the two who got the jobs made sure to pick something that allowed them to talk about what they could contribute to the workplace, and talking to the staff there, it seems they did something similar. By this point, it's lunchtime (lunch is not provided). When you return, you'll be told if you've passed the first stage. If you're successful, you'll move on to a session of listening to calls and a one-on-one competency-based interview.
