Had 3 interviews. First was a phone call with the nurse recruiter. Then I had two Zoom interviews with the education and clinical leader, and the nurse director. The questions were pretty straightforward. I used to work for the medical center before, so that might've helped.

The interview process has been really drawn out. I had a phone screen about a month ago, and I'm still waiting to schedule an in-person interview. I've followed up several times, and they've said scheduling with the nurse managers has been a challenge. I asked if the position was already filled, but they assured me they'd call when they figure out a time. It's been almost a month since I started the interview process for this nursing role.

We had a good chat and the interviewers seemed really nice. They said they liked my answers and I'd hear back in a couple of weeks after everyone else interviewed. But then my HR person ghosted me, never answering calls or emails. I didn't get the job and they never even told me, and I got no feedback even though I tried reaching out a lot.
