Administrative Coordinator
Super quick hiring process, took less than a month from applying to get the offer. I went in person to meet with two managers, and they asked me typical interview questions. On my second visit, I got to shadow my potential work area, which was a really good way to get a feel for the daily work and the environment.
- Do you have previous experience working in healthcare?
Program Coordinator
The interview process was quick. I didn't get to meet with HR since they weren't around, but I did meet with my future manager, the entire department, and all the people I'd be working with. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome, which created a good vibe. I felt confident answering everything.
- What makes you want this job?
- Can you describe your background?
Administrative Coordinator
The interview process for this Administrative Coordinator role was pretty straightforward. I was super excited to interview for this position, but they used a third-party system for phone screens and the recruiter was racist during the interview. It left such a sour taste in my mouth and I did not hear from them again.
- Regarding salary expectations, what are they, and can you elaborate on them?
