The interview was pretty relaxed. I got asked some questions and had to complete some paperwork. After finishing the forms and a bit of casual conversation, I was asked to walk around the store and identify areas for improvement or changes.

I had a phone interview with HR first, and then about a week later, I had an in-person interview with the District Manager. After that, I filled out an in-store application and completed an assessment as part of the background check process. The background check took about a week to come back. I received a job offer approximately 2.5 weeks after my initial phone interview. Overall, it was a pretty quick and straightforward process.

Saw the job on snagajob.com. The district manager called me to set up an interview at the store. It was about an hour long. The DM went over the daily tasks and what they expected from me. After we talked, they called me with the offer and we talked salary. They didn't really budge on the salary.
