The interview process felt rushed and unorganized, honestly. They didn't really ask questions to get to know me, it was more like they just wanted to check off boxes based on my application. I really regret not checking Glassdoor reviews beforehand because, as a new employee, I'm seeing the same issues that were mentioned.

The interview was pretty chill and not like the usual ones. The supervisor was more interested in my personality than my ability to answer standard questions. The hiring involved what looked like a straightforward background check and some basic HR paperwork. It all wrapped up in two days, and I could start working pretty quickly. Even though it was a new store with many new hires, I thought the process was managed pretty well.

I walked into the store and was greeted politely by the staff. The manager then had me complete an application on their kiosk. Right after that, we had the interview. She mentioned I should follow up in a couple of days to check on the status of my background check.

  • Can you tell me about a time you provided customer service?

Tuesday Morning Manager Interview Questions

Quoted word for word from Tuesday Morning interview reports.

Would you work hard for below-average pay? If so, you're hired, considering this company doesn't offer decent pay for all upper management roles (part or full-time). Since they primarily hire part-time workers to skip paying benefits, one might assume they'd pay appropriately.
