Client Advisor
It was a straightforward interview process. Nothing complicated. You should show the interviewers why this opportunity matters to you. The interviewing team is very flexible and understanding. Make sure you ask questions that you are unaware or don't understand.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
Customer Advisor
Their hiring process felt either shady or messy. I got into the second round even though I barely had any customer service experience. In the second interview, they expected someone with a customer service/business background because all the questions were about that. I kept wondering why I even got accepted. They should have rejected me in the first round instead of making me go through an awkward second interview. I'd suggest they change their hiring process and tell applicants in the first round if they need strong customer service experience, otherwise, it's a waste of time.
- Tell me about a challenging customer service situation you faced and how you resolved it.
Customer Advisor
I learned more about Ashley and Mike, then I went through a bunch of personality questions where I had to give real-world examples of how I'd handle situations, which I really enjoyed. After that, there were some technical questions. It was a great experience overall.
- What action would you take if a customer contacted us about losing their internet connection?
- Can you share an instance where you made an error on a customer's service call or in your work, and how you managed it?
- How does DHCP compare to Static IPs?
