Performance Marketing Manager
The interview process was straightforward, with no assignments or tests. There were three rounds of interviews in total. I found the recruiter and hiring manager to be very nice people. Unfortunately, I didn't advance past the hiring manager's interview, so I can't provide details about the third round.

Front End Developer
The interview process was long, lasting almost 3 months. Communication was good throughout, with the hiring rep checking in often. It began with a tech screening which was a friendly, general discussion about the role, my qualifications, and the work environment. Next, I interviewed with the tech lead for a straightforward chat about general development questions and my opinions on Front End technologies. After that, there was a take-home assignment: a pretty standard task of replicating a product page from Figma, including making sure it was built to be expandable later, which can add significant development time. Then, I had a team meeting with the tech lead and some other developers. They were a really nice, super friendly team and had clearly reviewed my assignment, which was appreciated. The conversation was good. After that, it took about two weeks for the final decision. The recruiting dev kept in touch during this time to check on my interest. Overall, it was a pretty normal interview process, just much longer than I usually expect. I did notice the job ad was still being renewed throughout the entire process, even in the final stages after two months.
- Can you explain what a promise is and in which situations you would utilize one?
- Could you describe a scenario where promise.all would be applicable?

Response Manager
So I interviewed with Tucows and wanted to share my experience. It wasn't the best. The good parts were that the job and company mission fit my career goals, and the start of the process was easy. The HR person I talked to was nice. But after that, things got weird. They said I'd move on, but then I got a rejection email with no real reason why. It would have been nice to get more feedback or know what happened. It was annoying not to even get a chance to show what I can do. I think they could communicate and schedule better to make it a better experience for candidates. Even though it didn't work out, I still think Tucows is a good company with a good mission. I hope this feedback helps them improve how they handle candidates.
- Can you discuss your skills and experience?
Scrum Master
Thi Thi set up my first interview with Cynthia from HR. Cynthia was very enthusiastic and gave me a good picture of what the company does and what they are looking for. Then I had a round with the Hiring manager who also told me about Wavelo (Tucows) and the role. The final round was with the team, but only three out of five people showed up. They liked me and I liked them. Great people, great team. They were looking for someone who could act as a delivery lead with some scrum master duties. I didn't get any emails after the final round and didn't follow up since I had accepted another offer. I later found out they hired someone internally who was a customer service rep and got scrum master certification.
