Behavioral Technical Case

Got the first interview invite 10 days after applying. Had a 45 min online chat with a professor and a current research assistant. The professor introduced the department, explained the job and timeline for a research assistant, and asked technical questions. Got feedback and an invite for a second, on-site interview at TUM the next day. The second interview involved more technical questions and a case study, after which I got an immediate offer. The whole process from application to offer took about 20 days. Very fast, smooth, and pleasant.
