Behavioral Presentation

My first interview was a phone call, then I went for an onsite interview. It was very friendly and welcoming. Finally, I had one last phone interview with my peer. It went quite good and the environment was friendly. They explained the work-life balance and the types of activities I would be working on. They also gave me time to ask questions, and we had a nice tour of the institute lab.

So first I had this meeting with the professor, we talked about my research and experience and motivation. Then I had a chat with the team to see if I'd be a good fit and could collaborate with them on projects. After that, I got the offer and they told me the next steps.

I applied online through the website after seeing the job on LinkedIn. It was pretty straightforward – just filling out the form and uploading my CV and a motivation letter. About two weeks later, I got a call for an interview. It seemed to go okay, just some basic questions since it was an initial round. Unfortunately, I never heard back after that, even after sending a few follow-up emails.
