I went through 7 interviews for this position. It started with a phone call, then a coffee shop meeting, and then a virtual interview that was an hour and a half long with one interviewer, where they asked all the standard interview questions. The next four interviews, 4th through 7th, were supposed to be one panel interview with four people, but they ended up interviewing me separately, so it felt like four individual interviews. It seemed like a lot of extra steps for the role, and the process wasn't very clear as it was happening. It was also strange because other recruiters from the same company kept reaching out for the same job, and I had to explain that someone from their team had already contacted me.

It's a 3 round interview process and they're all super personable. The majority of the interview is more like a conversation, but it depends on who specifically is interviewing you. But overall, you're able to get super connected to the company before even starting out, which is definitely a plus.
