Senior Software Engineer
The process was normal and straightforward. It started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a stage with the manager, and then another with the team or management. I accepted the offer, and everyone was respectful.
- Can you describe how you collaborate with your team?
- Tell me about your technical skills.
- What are your thoughts on teamwork?
Software Engineer
Had a few calls, one with the VP of Engineering, another with a regular dev, and one more with the Delivery Manager. Also did a writing task and a coding assignment. Took a while to get through it all, felt like some parts were not really needed.
- Regarding hotdogs and sandwiches, what is your take?
Software Engineer
A recruiter from the company contacted me on LinkedIn about an AWS position and made a low salary offer. I decided to proceed with the interviews mainly for the experience. After I completed the 'VoiceFoundry Development Project', the same recruiter stopped responding. Overall, it was a bad experience with this company.
- Were there basic behavioral questions?
- Was there a take-home project called the VoiceFoundry Development Project?
