My interview experience with TTEC was generally positive and organized. The recruiters were professional and the interviewers were really nice and helpful all the way through. The main focus was on how well I communicate, handle customers, and deal with basic problems. They asked about customer service scenarios, my confidence, and how I'd manage tough customers. The interviewer made me feel at ease, which helped calm my nerves. The interview wasn't super hard, but you definitely needed good English and to be clear when answering. They also clearly laid out the job, the work atmosphere, and what they expect.

Chat Support Representative
The TTEC interview process usually involves applying online, a quick HR check, an online assessment, an interview (could be virtual or in-person), a communication skills test, and a final chat before they give you an offer. For me, the First Round was an online assessment, the Second Round was an operational round, and the Third Round was an HR interview. Then they gave me the Offer Letter.

Marketing Communications Specialist
I had several meetings with the hiring manager in the US. Then, I met with the manager from Belgium and a team member. There was also an assignment to complete. After that, I had a few more discussions with the US hiring manager. Eventually, I didn't hear back for two weeks. When I asked about the status, I got an automated message thanking me for my interest but informing me they wouldn't be proceeding with my application.
- Are you fluent in English, Dutch, and French?
Procurement Specialist
So there’s like this 3-step interview process, but it’s really 4 steps. First, you have a quick 30 minute phone call with HR. They ask some technical questions, but not a ton. Then you have another 30 minute phone call with a manager from the department, and she asks technical questions too, so be ready for multi-part ones. Third is a 45 minute video interview with a department lead who also asks technical questions (some you’ll have already heard). Then, the second part of that third step is an hour long video call with two people who are in the same role as the job you’re applying for. They will ask you a bunch more technical questions (again, some repeats from earlier) and you’ll get to ask them questions too. The whole thing wrapped up in about 3 weeks.
- What is your motivation for seeking a new role?
- Imagine you received a flat-pack box for assembly. How would you approach it: following instructions, improvising, delegating, or watching a tutorial?
- Could you describe your typical daily responsibilities in your current role?
