I was asked five questions in total, which were standard and given to all candidates. Each question was unique, and none of my answers led to follow-up questions. Some of them were pretty basic, mainly to confirm I was eligible for the job, rather than testing my skills.

I had an interview with some previous Seneca students. They were really nice and made the interview super comfortable, leaving a great impression. They were very respectful and mostly asked about my work style preferences and how I handle different situations.

I applied on Feb 15 and the posting closed on Mar 11. I got a call for an interview on Mar 11 and had a virtual interview on Mar 18. It was very structured and dry, unlike a normal conversation. They asked about 20 questions in 1:15 hrs with their heads down writing stuff. I felt they weren't listening and didn't care, like my interview was just a formality. They said I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks. On April 4, I was told I didn't get the job.
