I had an interview with two Senior Design Engineers. It went for about an hour and a half. They have a set process where they ask questions from a list and take notes as I talk. No HR person was involved. If they decide to move forward, I'd submit my paperwork to HR after this one interview to continue the process.

After an initial contact through Jobmine at Waterloo and a brief email exchange, I had a formal interview. The engineers there are really knowledgeable about train engineering and mechanics, so it's a good idea to review terms and mechanical systems related to braking and propulsion. They use AutoCad a lot.
