First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TSL Marketing.
Senior SEO Executive
They conduct the first round virtually, and I'm currently working on assignments. The assignment seems quite challenging to complete in a single day. It involves a website audit, a content calendar for December, and SEO, Email, and social media strategies for the next three months.
- Can you explain the step-by-step process for increasing website traffic organically?
Business Development Executive
First, there was a telephonic round where they asked basic questions like introductions. Then, an HR Round, which was probably to see if you fit into the company culture and to understand your career aspirations. Finally, a Managerial Round, which went deeper into your skills, experiences, and how you would handle management duties.
- Can you give me a general introduction?
- Why are you interested in this company and this specific role?
- What is your understanding of sales and marketing?
Business Development Specialist
The interview went very well. When asked if I had IT knowledge I said no, I was told not to worry I would be trained. I was so happy that they hired me. I totally put in everything I could to learn and reach the goals, They said you must make 110 calls per day, I made an average of 134 - 156 I worked for six days they said not to come back because they are hiring people that are better qualified; So they do not do what they commit to do. I quit my job to accept this job offer and because of them I now have no job. This is a totally unfair company never in my life have I had such a terrible experience, and I'm still paying for it because now I have no JOB!!
- Do you have IT experience?
Campaign Manager
I spoke with many people remotely during this hiring process. The initial phone chats went well and I felt the interviewers were knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the company. I then had the opportunity to interview at the company's HQ in Columbia, MD with David English, the CEO. The questions asked were straightforward and relevant to the role.
- Were there any particularly challenging or unexpected questions asked during the interview process?
