I applied online and skipped any numerical tests. A few days later, a recruiter called to schedule a phone interview. They called right on time. After some initial questions about location, hours, and salary, the interview began. I passed that and then had a face-to-face interview a few days later. I found the face-to-face pretty tough, and all the questions focused on their values. I also had to do a role-play; all the info was given on the day, and I had 15 minutes to get ready for it.

After my CV was initially approved, I was asked to do an automated interview using the SONRU System. This is an app-based interview where you answer questions that appear on the screen, rather than in person. It felt a bit odd, to be honest; I'd rather talk to a real person.

Submitted an online application and then had a video interview. It was pretty easy to set up, though a bit intimidating at first. It's tough to act natural and smile when you're just talking to a screen and no one's reacting to what you're saying. Hopefully, these questions help you out, though they might not be the exact same ones you get.
