I had an initial 30-minute video chat with a recruiter at Truveris. They seemed nice and professional, making Truveris sound like a good place to work. A few days later, I got an email saying they decided to go with candidates who had more specific experience in the pharmacy industry.

The recruiter was nice during the initial screening, but they seemed really unorganized. We arranged for an Excel assessment, but that was cancelled without any reason and rescheduled for an interview with a director instead. I kept getting double emails about both things, too. The interview with the director was terrible. He totally seemed like he didn't want to be there and was really rude and hostile. It felt like an interrogation, so it wasn't a shocker when I got the generic rejection email the next week.

The recruiter was really friendly and asked a lot of simple questions. It was weird I didn't get picked for the next round since I asked if she had any hesitations and she said no. I think maybe it was because I asked for a bit more salary, just 10k more. I'm honestly shocked they didn't even want to see my skills.
