Got a call for an interview at the branch, but it ended up being a phone interview. Then had a second interview in person. They said I'd know in 3-5 business days. It's been 7 business days and I had to call to leave a message just to get an email saying I didn't get the job. Really unprofessional and I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time with this company.

The process was fast and easy. Now I understand why they don't require more steps into an interview and the hiring process. Don't want to waste money on an employee, since people comes and goes like a McDonald's. McDonalds, probably pays better at this point.
