First, there was a phone interview where we talked about my past projects and jobs, it wasn't too stressful. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 30 minutes with two non-technical people. It felt more focused on my personality than my technical skills. Something odd is that they hire you as an intern before telling you your project or department.

I got an email asking me to do a one-way video interview. I had to read questions and answer them within a set time. It felt cold and out of touch because I never actually spoke to anyone directly throughout the process. It would have been better if there was at least a video of someone asking the questions to make it feel more personal. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time.
