The first phone call was pretty chill and lasted about 30 minutes. We chatted a bit before diving into things. The person asking questions wanted to know about my exam progress and my availability for remote work.

The interview process was straightforward. First, there was a recruiter call, and then a panel interview with team members. I was informed of the job acceptance via phone call, but the offer letter wasn't sent until two weeks later, with only two days remaining in the acceptance period. This gave me very little time to decide on the offer, especially given the low pay.
