Software Engineer
The whole thing was a bit of a marathon. First, I talked to the recruiter, mostly about my past jobs and some general stuff. They also checked my English skills during this part. Then, I had a chat with the line manager about my technical background and what I was looking for. After that, there was a technical challenge, and then we talked about what I made. The last step was with HR and some management folks, discussing expectations. Oh, and before that last meeting, I had to do a personality test.

- Can you tell us about your previous work experience?
- What is your general understanding of [relevant topic]?
