Several phases and several interviews with recruiters, tech leads, and HR. One of the phases involves doing live coding during the interview. Always very professional throughout the recruitment process, although a bit slow.

The whole thing was a bit of a marathon. First, I talked to the recruiter, mostly about my past jobs and some general stuff. They also checked my English skills during this part. Then, I had a chat with the line manager about my technical background and what I was looking for. After that, there was a technical challenge, and then we talked about what I made. The last step was with HR and some management folks, discussing expectations. Oh, and before that last meeting, I had to do a personality test.

Behavioral Technical Coding

We exchanged emails, had calls and video-conferences across different stages, with each stage lasting about a week. It started with a recruiter message, which immediately led to a call. Then, I had a two-hour conversation with a Senior engineer. Finally, I spent a full day with the team for a work evaluation.
