First, I had to submit my resume and cover letter online. Then, after a couple of weeks, an HR person called me for a pre-screening. We talked about my experience, when I could start, and what I wanted to make. After that, I went in person to interview with the hiring manager and a senior marketing specialist. They asked me behavioral questions about my past experience and skills. We also chatted about the company culture, its goals, and what the job actually involves. It was a pretty thorough process overall, and it gave me a good chance to show what I can do and learn more about the company.

The whole thing was a bit of a marathon. First, I talked to the recruiter, mostly about my past jobs and some general stuff. They also checked my English skills during this part. Then, I had a chat with the line manager about my technical background and what I was looking for. After that, there was a technical challenge, and then we talked about what I made. The last step was with HR and some management folks, discussing expectations. Oh, and before that last meeting, I had to do a personality test.

Behavioral Other

After completing three interviews for the Tech Recruiter role, I received absolutely no communication about my application. There was no reply and no feedback whatsoever. I never heard anything back from them. While I initially had a positive impression of the company, this very informal process has made me wonder if it’s indicative of the overall work environment.

It was a 2-part interview process. First, I had a 1:1 with my future manager to talk about my past experience and skills for the job. Then, I had a casual coffee chat with the Head of Operations to get to know each other better, which was great. The internal recruiting team kept me in the loop throughout and gave me feedback at every stage. They were open and wanted my feedback on their process too, which was nice. I got a verbal offer over the phone, and then a written one within 24 hours. Even after two months, they still check in to see how I'm doing in my new role. Overall, it was a really good experience.
