It started with the recruiter calling me for about 30 minutes. It was pretty casual, they talked about the job and culture, asked why I wanted to leave my current role, and about my work history. Then I had an in-person interview with three people, each covering a different region (West, Central, East). Each part was 30 minutes and had typical interview questions, mostly situational ones about my experience. They offered me the job a few days later.

The process was super simple. The first interview is with a recruiter, and the next interview is in office with several employees and management. They move very quickly; I believe I submitted my application and was reached out to several days later.

The process included a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and finally a job offer. Things move fast if you've got the right stuff. They're really checking if you're a culture fit and want to stay long-term (like 5+ years), and if you're a real animal lover, especially pets.
