It was a very nice conversation over the phone. Skype was also an option, they were very flexible. It started with a brief introduction and presentation from their side. The job and team were briefly described and presented. They went through my CV, but in great detail. Typical HR questions.

I applied online and they got in touch with an interview invitation. I met the head of the department, the supervisor for this position, and the HR head. No presentation was required. The atmosphere was friendly. After introductions, the technical interview began, and the questions weren't too difficult.
