Software Engineer
A first online chat with HR, managers, and team members where they asked about my experience and interests, plus some standard HR questions. Then, an in-person meeting with managers and team members, which was more of a casual get-to-know-you and office tour, without specific questions.
- What are your expectations for your manager?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Development Engineer
I had a good first interview with an outsourced recruiter where I discussed my qualifications. The recruiter assured me I was a perfect match and mentioned I had a referral, promising to keep me updated throughout the hiring process. However, after two weeks of silence post-interview, I received a rejection email from a no-reply address. When I reached out to a hiring manager for clarification, I was ignored. It was a really unprofessional experience, so I'd avoid it.

Development Engineer
The whole process was really quick and responsive, with 3 rounds of interviews. First, I had a phone interview with an external HR. Then, the next week, there was a technical round with 2 Technical Leads who really tested my technical knowledge. These interviewers were super professional and clearly knew a lot about me. The last interview was on-site with HR and 2 Leads. Overall, it was a very professional experience and I'm happy with it.

- Describe a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it.
