The atmosphere was very pleasant. First, the team members introduced themselves, and then there was an opportunity for self-introduction. Afterwards, there were open questions, job-specific and personal questions about the role. It's important to have researched the company, the department, the division, and the subject of the role.

The interview went smoothly, but the HR department seemed unaware of their responsibilities. We were told about required documents, and they assured us they would double-check them before hiring. After hiring, they were slow to respond and uncooperative. The HR department appears disorganized, with staff who don't seem to know their roles. They were generally uncooperative and unprofessional, even engaging in personal discussions based on nationality.
