After submitting my application, I had a phone call, and then they set up a video interview. The interviewer was nice and seemed sure of themselves. After that, there was a background check and a drug test. It was fast and easy, and the people were nice and welcoming.

This was my first step in the hiring process. I had a call scheduled with a Corporate Recruiter who called exactly on time. She gave me a full overview of the hiring process and about Truly Nolan. She made the interview process very pleasant. She asked questions about how I would handle situations or react to policy changes at a previous job. She was very friendly and professional, like all Truly Nolen staff I've met. This was the first step. I will next interview with the District Manager, and then my local operations Manager.

I found this job on CareerBuilder.com and sent in my resume with a cover letter. By the end of the day, I got a call asking me to come in for an interview and to fill out an application. When I got there, I couldn't find the front door easily. Once I found it, there was no one at the desk and the phone was ringing a lot. Eventually, someone came and took me to a room to complete the application. After that, we talked for about 10 minutes about the job. Filling out the paperwork took longer than the interview itself.

I spoke with a recruiter first who asked me some standard questions and I asked some general questions about the job. Then I interviewed with the district manager. The last interview was with a panel of executives. It seems like they really take their time to hire the right person, which is fine. The scheduling caused some time between interviews, so it was a longer hiring process than I've experienced before.
