Interview for Android Engineer for their flagship app. It started with a recruiter call for screening. Then there was a technical interview with the Tech lead. The final interview will be with the Manager or the team. The final interview has not happened yet. The interview process is too long; I finished the technical interview almost 3 weeks ago and they still haven't given a decision.

so the first thing is they look at your application and resume to see if you kinda match what they're looking for. if you do, they'll move you on. next, someone from the company, maybe a recruiter or hiring manager, will give you a call. they'll just ask a few more things about your skills and why you want the job. if that goes well, you'll have a first interview, either in person or over video. this is usually with a hiring manager or HR. they want to learn more about your experience and see if you'd be a good fit. they'll ask about your skills and why you want the job, and might ask some questions about how you've handled things in the past.

It's a pretty simple process - 2-3 rounds. I got a LinkedIn request from staffing. The recruiting team will contact me for a 30-min call. Then, there are 2 technical interviews with 2-3 panelists, followed by a hiring manager interview.
