The interview included six behavioral questions. The discussion was very natural and engaging, with the interviewer often asking thoughtful follow-up questions based on my responses. Most of the questions were reflective and centered around my personal experiences, leadership, and teamwork. My first interview was with an analyst, who created a comfortable and conversational environment that made it easy to discuss my background and motivations in depth.

The interview process started with pre-recorded interview questions, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a super day. There were no technical questions, only behavioral questions about your problem-solving thought process and an example of xxx. The super day involved two 45-minute interviews and a case study section with a writing prompt.

This was a lengthy interview process that took about 2 months and included 5 individual interviews. The communication from the hiring team was terrible. I asked for an update on my candidacy in advance because I had another offer to respond to, but they never got back to me. After completing all 5 rounds, they ghosted me and I never heard from them again. It was an overall bad experience due to the terrible communication and empty promises from the hiring team. I would have appreciated some kind of notice, especially after investing a lot of prep time and effort into five rounds over two months. Some feedback would have been nice, or really any communication at all. Very unprofessional.
