Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and had a phone interview where they asked behaviorals and some light technicals. Then I had a 1-hour super day with standard technicals. They asked me to do a deep dive analysis on a company, which was probably because I had it on my resume as a pitch.

The interview process was terrible. I did a HireView and then never heard back. They said they'd get back in a few weeks, but two months later they claimed they'd been trying to reach me for months and weren't moving forward with my application, even though I would have gotten the job. I was super disappointed because they never actually reached out.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

After receiving an email for a screener, I accepted and scheduled it. The Zoom interview started almost immediately, so be ready to dive in without much small talk at the beginning. The recruiter was very helpful and friendly after the initial conversation, explaining the role and letting me know I'd be moving to the next stage right away. The screener questions were pretty standard: asking why I was interested in the role, behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time when...', and why I was interested in Truist. The 'Super day' was a long 6-hour event with over 60 people. It included a case study and two back-to-back interviews. The first interview involved presenting and defending my case study. I was told I'd hear back within a couple of weeks, which happened. Overall, it was a great experience with genuinely nice people, and the whole process from the first email to the offer took a little over a month.
