Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Truist.

Analyst
The interview process was simple, with questions focused on the subject matter. There were three interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and a final one with the Senior Vice President. It was one of the easier interviews I've experienced.
- What makes you stand out compared to other applicants?
Analyst
I applied online and a recruiter reached out. We had an initial chat, and then I spoke with the team. After that, I heard nothing back, even though I sent several follow-up emails.

- Can you describe your experience with reporting documents?
