I completed a personality assessment, then had two rounds of interviews for the community manager role specifically for AT&T's client. The first interview was with a senior person and went really well, I thought I had it in the bag. But the second round was with the direct manager, and she was kind of cold and asked really basic questions. I asked her how long she'd been there and it was only a few months. I had some technical issues on Google Meet during the interview, not sure if that was it, but I don't know why I didn't get the job based on the feedback.

The initial HR chat was okay. But then the next interviews were really tough. Interviews can be stressful enough, but it's even worse when the interviewers are rude and unprofessional. I don't think they even looked at my resume beforehand; they seemed so unprepared. I knew I was probably overqualified for this Account Supervisor role, but it was in my field and had a hybrid schedule, which was appealing. One of the interviewers made a rude comment about me going from an executive role to an AS position. It was hard to bounce back from that comment, given her snooty attitude and tone. I felt really uncomfortable and they definitely weren't welcoming.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was truly HORRIBLE, unorganized, unprofessional, and poorly communicated. The process moved through stages, but interviews were canceled day of with no warning. Follow-up only came days or weeks later with bombardments of phone calls and messaging. A heavy amount of case study work was requested. This company has a poor score on glassdoor.

The interview was pretty standard, with a phone screening and then a video interview. Nothing too crazy to report, just wanted to fill out the text box because the minimum word count is 30.
