I got contacted from Indeed initially. The interview process was interesting. I interviewed with two people, and one of them showed up late. Typical questions were asked about customer service and personality, etc. It was pretty straight forward.

I really liked how they handled the hiring process. The recruiter was quick to respond, and the interview was scheduled pretty fast. The chat itself was short, around 20-30 minutes, and focused on typical customer service scenarios. My advice is to just be yourself and answer honestly.
